Dulce de Leche Biscuits

What You Need:

200g unsalted butter, softened
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. caster sugar
1 1/2 c. Del Campo® Dulce de Leche
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt

What To Do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking tray with non-stick baking paper and set aside.

Beat the butter, sugars and three quarters of a cup of Dulce de Leche until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, ensuring they are well mixed after each addition. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and salt till’ well combined.

Place decided amount of batter for each biscuit on prepared tray leaving 5 centimeters of space in between them (you can use a piping bag).

Bake for 10 minutes or until a deep golden brown (baking time will ultimately vary depending on the size of your biscuit). When cool, spread Dulce de Leche on one biscuit to partner with another. That´s it, enjoy!
